When the machine asks you to move the heads to cap position move the head carriage about a foot to the left. Then, with two hands on the carriage move it back to the right VERY slowly. As soon as you hear it start to click, let go of it immediately [a full click will lock then unlock the head]. Then, try pushing it to the left. If it doesn&#039;t move then you&#039;re okay to proceed.</description>
