The Frames are designed so that fabric graphics can be installed into the seam within the frame for a clean neat appearance. This is achieved by having graphics printed either via dye-sublimation or latex on a wide-range of fabric materials which are then finished by having a strip of silicone sewn around the edges. This can be done either by yourself, if you have these capabilities, or you can outsource this printing and finishing to one of All Graphic Supplies partners who have these solutions. This range of Eco-Friendly printers uses water-based but very adaptable and durable latex inks, which allow you to now expand the range of printable products and applications to include interior decoration, fabrics, asphalt-art, murals, backdrops, banners, vehicle graphics, vinyl, paper, latex vinyl from Hexis, table covers, artist canvas, backlits, displays, window film, polyester films, security window film and much more.

These high-production machines average print speeds ranging from 150 sq.ft/hr. to 194 sq.ft/hr. using Double CMYK. The machines are also available in a variety of ink configurations including 6 color (CMYKLcLm) or 7 Color (CMYKLcLm + White), which is an industry first. Quality and reliability are standard on all Mimaki printers through the use of high quality variable-dot Piezo inkjet print heads with a 4 pl dot size and a comprehensive 1-year warranty on the entire machine including the ink delivery system. Also standard with the JV400LX is RasterLink 6, a full-featured RIP software developed by Mimaki.

This is a truly Eco-friendly machine from top to bottom, emphasized by the use of 600ml re-usable cartridge holders with disposable ink bags and the use of only 2 sources of standard 110v power.
